PIRATE CREW FORM

if you wish to make a pirate crew, you must already have a captain and a first mate. and they have to be played by two seperate people. once you have that, PM me with the following information:

SHIP NAME: what's the pirate ship called (i.e. wings of althera)
CREW NAME: what is the crew called (i.e. hell's sea messengers)
LIST OF POSITIONS: list all of the important positions of the crew
WHO TO CONTACT: who should be contacted if someone wants to join the crew
