imagine a place where those two laws were given by the government. meant to keep you from the secrets of your kind. each person in each of the four races is bonded to another of a different race. they may never communicate. they may never stop taking the medicine because of the secrets. at night, people may dream of themselves, along with a person's silhouette, or an animal. that is their other half. until they stop taking the medicine they will never be able to see the other person's true self, or speak to them.

imagine a world where there were four, one from each race, who stopped taking it. they met together and formed the hangun. the rebellion. they met often, to bring down the government (jinkun) and allow everyone to find their other half.

imagine a world where you could hate your other half. you could become best friends. you could fall in love. but you will always be connected to them.

imagine a world where a word triggers a different trait, based on your race. you could get animal features. get psychic powers. change your personality completely. gain elemental powers. imagine a world where you won't change back until your word is heard again.
